Terms of Use
These terms protect clubs, players, officials, and the credibility of ClubFrame’s shared sporting record.

You must provide accurate details and be authorised to act for the club or role you claim. Invitation codes are personal and may not be sold or shared publicly. A club can have only one verified owner at a time.
2. Club roles
Owners control their club account and invite trusted administrators, captains, and scorers. Each person is responsible for activity performed through their account. ClubFrame may verify, refuse, suspend, transfer, or remove access to protect the community.
3. Official results
Scorers must enter what happened at the table. Both captains should review a result before approving it. Approved fixtures are locked. Suspected errors or misconduct must use the dispute process; an open dispute is excluded from rankings until resolved.
4. Rankings and competitions
Rankings are calculated from eligible verified records and may change when records are disputed, voided, corrected, or merged. ClubFrame rankings are community records and are not the decision of a national governing body unless that body formally adopts them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not falsify identities or scores, create duplicate clubs or players, manipulate rankings, harass others, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape private data, or upload unlawful or infringing material.
6. Content permission
You keep ownership of content you lawfully submit. You give ClubFrame permission to store, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have permission from people shown or identified.
7. Enforcement and disputes
ClubFrame may warn users, restrict permissions, suspend records or accounts, void results, merge duplicates, or preserve evidence. Material decisions are recorded in an administrative audit trail. Contact the administrator on +263 78 910 1564 to report a concern or appeal.
8. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. Clubs should check records after offline synchronisation. To the extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, ClubFrame is not responsible for indirect loss, missed fixtures, or decisions made solely from provisional rankings.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. We may update them as the pilot grows, with material changes published on this page.
