Community Rules
ClubFrame belongs to the pool community. These are the practical standards that make its records worth trusting.

No threats, bullying, hate speech, humiliation, sexual harassment, or discrimination. Disagree with the record without attacking the person.
Record the table honestly
Use the correct players and clubs, record the actual winner of every frame, alternate breaks as agreed, and let both captains inspect the result before approval. Never coordinate false results or manipulate a ranking.
Keep one real identity
A player should have one continuing profile. Name corrections, transfers, and duplicate merges must preserve match history. Do not create a second identity to reset a rating or avoid a sanction.
Raise disputes responsibly
State the specific error, include useful evidence, and avoid public accusations while a case is open. ClubFrame pauses the disputed result in rankings and preserves the original record for review.
Protect privacy
Do not publish private phone numbers, email addresses, access codes, or sensitive personal details. Get consent before sharing photos or videos. Use extra care and guardian permission for minors.
Represent your club properly
Club owners should give each official only the access they need and remove access when duties end. Codes and passwords must not be passed around a bar or posted in a group.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, action may include education, a warning, correction, temporary restriction, removal of a role, voiding a result, suspension, or account removal. Fraud, threats, repeated cheating, or attempts to defeat security may receive immediate restriction.
