Why ClubFrame exists
Great players should not remain invisible because their club is far from the spotlight.
Results are often remembered in conversations, notebooks or WhatsApp groups—and then disappear. ClubFrame turns each genuine club match into a lasting record. Over time, those records can show who played, who won, which clubs are active and where the next generation of talent is emerging.
Simple by design
From joining to a verified result
No complicated tournament software. Just the practical tools a club needs before, during and after match day.
Register your club
Add the official club name, venue, town and province. ClubFrame reviews the record before it receives verified status.
Build your team
Owners invite administrators, captains and scorers. Each role gets only the controls needed to run genuine club matches.
Arrange a Saturday match
Request a fixture from another verified club, agree the date and venue, and open the accepted match in the scoreboard.
Score online or offline
Record every player matchup and winner even when mobile data drops. The match stays safely on the scoring device.
Confirm and publish
Both captains confirm the result. When connectivity returns, the record uploads to the public archive and rankings.

Club owners, captains, administrators and scorers can request access from the sign-in page. ClubFrame reviews each request before issuing an invitation.

Authorised clubs can record casual results, challenge registered players and, after verification, build individual ratings.

Start with ten player matchups or add more when the teams agree. Breaking alternates between home and away. Tap each winner, confirm the final score and preserve the complete record.

ClubFrame combines controlled access, named officials and confirmation by both clubs. It does not pretend cheating is impossible—it makes dishonest changes harder, visible and open to review.

Good to know
Questions clubs ask before joining
ClubFrame is designed for real bars and clubs—not just people who are comfortable with complicated technology.
Do supporters need an account?+
No. Public visitors can follow clubs, fixtures, archives and rankings without signing in.
Is ClubFrame an Android app?+
ClubFrame is an installable website. Open it in your phone browser and choose Add to Home screen—there is no app-store download.
Will it work without data?+
Yes. Open ClubFrame while connected before the match. Official club scoring and casual player matches can continue offline and upload when the connection returns. Rated player matches require a live connection for verification.
Can players build ratings between club games?+
Yes. Player Challenges can be casual or rated. Rated results need two registered players, both approvals and an authorised club official; only individual ratings change. A guest match is always casual and can encourage the visitor to register later.
How does a new club join?+
Choose Request Club Access, provide the club and official’s details, and wait for ClubFrame approval. Access is never granted automatically and an existing verified owner cannot be overridden.
Does an invitation code become the password?+
No. The invitation works once. After accepting it, the official creates a private password for future sign-ins.
Is joining free?+
ClubFrame is currently welcoming founding clubs into the pilot without a joining fee.
